We are having April showers.  A cool spell.

I found all the Herriot books at Seymour so got those.

well meaning people

am i one of us
it seems good to mean well
something is holding us back though
preconceived notions that were planted in our memory by the unsuspecting

Garage Sale

We drove into town on Sunday.  It was closed.

She wanted to go home.  The next town over where she grew up was three miles away up the road.  She said "The park was so much nicer before all the Mexicans started going there."

We exchanged meaningful looks.  Speechless as she continued on her meandering talk about the good old days.
